Drop off and Collection

As a school we try very hard to live in harmony with our neighbours, please respect how busy the adjacent streets can become during drop off and pick up times. Please pay attention to the parking restrictions around the school and always think safety first. 

Breakfast Club

Everyday from 7.30 am for breakfast club. 

School Day Starts

Children enter the school via the playground doors, which are open from 8.45am (children enter school and go to class to be met by their teacher, have time to read or complete next steps in learning). The doors will remain open until 8:55am. 

The playground is supervised by adults from 8.45am, children should not be on the playground without a parent or carer before this time.

Registration closes at 8:55am. If a child arrives after this time then they should sign in the late book at the main school office. 

If a child needs to leave school for a specific reason during the day, parents or carers should report to the school office to collect their child and ensure they sign out of the building. 

Any child arriving after 8:55am will enter school via the office reception and will remain as (L) Late on the register. Late arrivals after 9.30am will be recorded as ‘late after close of register’ and  is recorded as an (U) unauthorised absence and late for session.

Children that arrive late for school due to medical appointments will remain marked as absent. Medical marks will be recorded as an M when the absences are administered by the Admin Assistant. Medical appointment cards and/ or letters must be shared with the school office. 

Afternoon registration will be taken after lunchtime.  

End of the School Day

School closes at 3:10pm. We request that only children in Year 6, with parent/ carer permission, should walk home alone ( a permission letter will need to be signed). 

After School Extra Curricular Activities
