Parent governors are elected by the parents and guardians of children attending the school and their term of office is 3 years.

Local Authority governors can be drawn from any persons active in the local community and they stand of re-election each year. Anyone interested in being a community governor is invited to contact the school to register their interest.

Governors hold a full meeting each term to discuss school issues. In addition, governors stand on sub committees to oversee and help manage the development and good practice of the school.
